1. Purpose of PulseDrop

PulseDrop helps users create, manage, schedule and publish music-related content to connected third-party platforms.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you upload or publish. You confirm that you hold all required copyrights, image rights, music rights and other permissions.

3. External platforms

Features for Facebook, Instagram and other services depend on their APIs, terms, availability and approvals. We cannot guarantee that third-party platforms will accept every publication or remain permanently available.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use PulseDrop for unlawful content, deception, spam, infringement, unauthorized access, or actions that could harm the service or external platforms.

5. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may change for technical, security or platform-related reasons.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, missed publications, loss of reach, or changes and failures affecting external platforms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Privacy and termination

Our Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data. You can revoke your Meta connection and request removal through the Data Deletion page.
