You may revoke PulseDrop's access to Facebook and Instagram at any time and request deletion of your stored data.
Option 1: Remove the Meta connection
- Open your Facebook account settings.
- Go to Apps and Websites or Business Integrations.
- Select PulseDrop Business.
- Choose Remove and confirm that access should be revoked.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Email info@dj-nayro.online with the subject PulseDrop data deletion request. Include the email address used with PulseDrop and, if known, the name of the connected Facebook Page or Instagram account.
We will confirm your request and delete the associated account connection, access tokens and stored personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. To prevent misuse, we may ask you to verify that the request is genuinely yours.
What will be deleted?
- Meta account and Page identifiers associated with your PulseDrop connection.
- Stored access tokens and granted connections.
- Saved drafts, schedules and publication records associated with your account, where stored on our systems.
Content already published on Facebook or Instagram will remain on those platforms until you remove it there.
